INSTRUCTION OF USE

Massage: Blend 2-3 drops of the essential oil with a carrier oil or hair oil and massage thoroughly into the skin or scalp.
Baths: Add 4-5 drops of Rosemary essential oil to your bathtub or 3-4 drops to a bucket of water, swishing gently to mix. For dry skin, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil along with the essential oil.
Diffuser: Use 4-5 drops of Rosemary essential oil in a diffuser bowl filled with three-quarters of water. Avoid direct burning of essential oils, as it can alter their chemical structure.
