Misleading Ingredients and Poor Customer Service

On the ingredient list on their website, which didn’t mention harmful chemicals. However, the product I received lists Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) on the packaging—a harmful ingredient. This is misleading and unacceptable.
Despite raising this issue with customer care, I received no resolution, only false assurances of a reply within 48 hours, then 24 hours.
