No customer service/support

There is no option for return for products by any reason. They says to email but don't give any response if u email them. So better to order from other platforms instead from khadi website or app. Toll free No never gets connected. So poor customer service with no return policy. I had placed same order twice by mistake but couldn't return the another one. Emails were never answered and call never connected
