Beware of Fraudulent Pricing and Terrible Customer Service

I had a terrible experience shopping with Khadi, and I want to warn others about their misleading practices. I was charged Rs 399 for a product that is always priced lower than the MRP, but when I received it, the MRP on the product was only Rs 299.

I reached out to their customer support team multiple times, both through phone calls and emails, providing pictures of the product to show the discrepancy. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, and it took a lot of effort to get them to acknowledge their mistake.

After finally admitting to the error, they offered me a Rs 100 coupon as compensation. However, this coupon came with the condition that I could only use it on a purchase above Rs 200, which I found extremely frustrating. I even questioned them on why the coupon had such conditions when the mistake was entirely theirs, but they gave no reasonable explanation.

Khadi's customer service is rude, and their business practices are questionable. They were more focused on making money than providing good service or addressing customer concerns. I lost trust in them, and I wouldn't recommend shopping from Khadi.
