The peel off mask is dried and the shampoo is causing hair fall
Very bad product I have received first time completely damaged piece. After raised complaint no response from Khadi team. After so many days I have received one more piece but that is also completely dried one received. Still didn't get proper response and solution from Khadi team. Very bad experience I had in this.
The product was received in hard jelly form making it impossible to apply to the face, thereby defeating the purpose of purchase. Despite raising the complaint, the seller insisted on things like unboxing video, invoice, etc... Who takes a video while opening when one trusts the product.
Found this gold peel off mask dried from inside when opened ... and is of no use ??
